Energy efficiency is important to us. That’s why every Eastwood Homes property is built from natural stone on a timber frame, and fitted with a highly efficient boiler and energy saving LED downlights throughout the home.

We also only use the best, energy efficient windows and doors. Double glazed, low emissivity Pilkington KS Glass is used in all our windows to help our properties achieve high energy ratings. And the thermally efficient, sustainably sourced timber core in the external doors we use make them some of the most energy efficient composite doors available.
