• Eastwood Homes Secure Planning For A Warehouse in Slaithwaite

Eastwood Homes are pleased to have secured planning for a new factory / warehouse development in Slaithwaite, Kirklees. 

Built on Spa Fields Industrial Estate, Slaithwaite, the development will be approximately 10,000 sq ft in size, with an associated yard and car parking. 

Inside the warehouse, the workshop will be approximately 7,500 sq ft, with a break-out area, waiting area, bathrooms and two offices also on the ground floor. The warehouse plans also include a mezzanine area that consists of another two offices, bathroom and meeting room upstairs.
